This is the rate of turmoil, the speed of metamorphosis from frame to frame. A value of 0 specifies no animation. Default value is 0.5. Negative values can be keyed to reverse the turmoil.
Granularity
Default value is 2. Higher values cause an increased breakup into smaller coagulations (ultimately leading to a grainy image ...) Smaller values give a more continuous swirl.
Sharpness
Default value 10. Sets the sharpness/detail of lines.
Intensity
Scale of the noise value applied to the RGBA values specified in the Materials Editor. Default is 1.
Transparency, Reflectivity, Refractivity
Scale values for the noise applied to the transparency, reflectivity, and refractivity values specified in the Materials Editor. Defaults are 3, 0, 0. A value of 0 applies no noise.
Intensity, Transparency, Reflectivity, Refractivity +&-
Specifies whether the noise values applied are to be only positive, only negative, (depending on the sign of the scale values,) or both positive and negative (the default behavior).
Additive, Multiplicative, or Inverse Multiplicative
This specifies how the scaled noise values are applied. The difference is probably subtle, but the option is there. Default mode is additive.
